Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Send your inquiry through our website, by email or WhatsApp with the model numbers and quantities. Our sales team will confirm availability, issue a proforma invoice and guide you through the rest of the process.

Question 2

How are your prices determined?

Accepted Answer

Prices depend on model, quantity and shipping terms. Tell us the items and destination port and we will quote EXW / FOB / CIF within 24 hours. Volume discounts apply from 10 units per model.

Question 3

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

For most in-stock models the MOQ is 1 unit — we understand integrators often need single spares. Special configurations or factory-direct batches may carry higher MOQs, which are always stated on the quotation.

Question 4

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list, and we can provide CE / RoHS certificates, datasheets, test reports and certificates of origin on request. Full documentation packages for tenders are available.

Question 5

How long is your delivery time?

Accepted Answer

In-stock items ship within 2–3 working days after payment. Bulk or custom orders typically need 1–3 weeks depending on quantity. The exact lead time is confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and Western Union for sample orders, and L/C at sight for large contracts. Standard terms are 100% advance for orders under USD 5,000, or 30% deposit + 70% before shipment for larger orders.

Question 7

What is your product warranty?

Accepted Answer

All TechGear Hub products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Failed units are repaired or replaced free of charge; return shipping is covered by us once the fault is confirmed.

Question 8

Do you guarantee safe delivery of products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Products are packed in anti-static bags with foam inserts and export-grade cartons. Every shipment is fully insured, and we work with DHL, FedEx, UPS and trusted freight forwarders to match your schedule and budget.

Question 9

How are the shipping fees calculated?

Accepted Answer

Courier charges depend on weight, volume and destination — we always quote the cheapest option that meets your deadline. You may also use your own courier account or freight forwarder (EXW terms).

Question 10

Do you sell discontinued or legacy models?

Accepted Answer

Very often, yes. Through our supply network we keep access to many end-of-life and hard-to-find industrial parts. Send us the model number and we will confirm availability — with full testing and the same warranty as current products.

Question 11

What products does your company mainly sell?

Accepted Answer

We design and manufacture industrial networking equipment: wireless access points, industrial cellular routers, PoE switches, fiber optic transceivers, antennas and related accessories — trusted by system integrators in 60+ countries.

Question 12

Do you provide OEM / ODM services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer OEM branding (logo, packaging, firmware customization) from 50 units and full ODM development for larger projects. Contact our sales team with your requirements for a tailored proposal.
