How do I place an order?
Send your inquiry through our website, by email or WhatsApp with the model numbers and quantities. Our sales team will confirm availability, issue a proforma invoice and guide you through the rest of the process.
How are your prices determined?
Prices depend on model, quantity and shipping terms. Tell us the items and destination port and we will quote EXW / FOB / CIF within 24 hours. Volume discounts apply from 10 units per model.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most in-stock models the MOQ is 1 unit — we understand integrators often need single spares. Special configurations or factory-direct batches may carry higher MOQs, which are always stated on the quotation.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list, and we can provide CE / RoHS certificates, datasheets, test reports and certificates of origin on request. Full documentation packages for tenders are available.
